Dominating the front is an expansive 6.78-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2436 pixels) curved AMOLED Dot-in display delivering deep contrast, a fluid 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 393 ppi pixel density, 1300 nits peak brightness, 10-bit color depth (1.07 billion colors), 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, Wet Touch technology, an 89.9% screen-to-body ratio, Always-on Display support, and scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass protection, integrated with Tecno's Dynamic Port notification bar. Under the hood, it is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Helio G100 octa-core processor featuring two performance Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz alongside six efficiency Cortex-A55 cores, an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4.5G Lightning Network technology for boosted cellular data speeds, and a 10-layer VC liquid cooling system. This is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM (with Memory Fusion virtual RAM expansion adding up to 12GB extra virtual RAM) and 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage, expandable up to 1TB via a dedicated microSDXC card slot. Photography is centered around a 50MP primary rear camera powered by the 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX896 sensor with hardware Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an f/1.9 aperture, PDAF, a 2MP depth sensor, and dual-LED flash supporting high-definition 2K (1440p) and 1080p video recording at 30/60fps. On the front, it features a class-leading 50MP selfie camera equipped with Eye-Tracking Auto Focus (AF) and dual-color micro-slit physical front LED flash lights with adjustable color temperature, capturing razor-sharp self-portraits and 2K front-facing video. Multimedia is powered by dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio certification. Driven by an enduring 5000 mAh Li-Polymer battery supported by 45W wired fast charging (0-100% in 45 minutes) and segment-first 20W magnetic wireless charging via USB Type-C 2.0, an optical under-display fingerprint scanner, an Infrared Blaster (IR remote), multifunctional NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, Dual 4G VoLTE connectivity, an FM radio, and running out-of-the-box on Android 14 with HIOS 14, the Tecno Camon 30S Pro provides an extraordinary blend of curved screen elegance, wireless charging convenience, and flagship-grade Sony sensor photography.
