The Vivo iQOO 3 5G is engineered for high-end mobile gamers and power users requiring flagship processing speed and uncompromised performance. Powering the smartphone is the 7nm+ Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G octa-core processor clocked up to 2.84 GHz, coupled with the Adreno 650 graphics engine. The device features next-generation LPDDR5 RAM and ultra-fast UFS 3.1 flash storage, ensuring rapid app launches, fluid multitasking, and sustained framerates. To maintain sustained clock speeds during heavy gameplay sessions, it incorporates a carbon-fiber vapor chamber liquid cooling system.
For visual immersion, the iQOO 3 5G carries a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display (1080 x 2400 pixels) with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 409 ppi pixel density, and an 84.3% screen-to-body ratio. It supports HDR10+ dynamic range, offering vibrant color accuracy and 800 nits typical brightness (peaking up to 1200 nits). The screen and back are fortified with tough Corning Gorilla Glass 6 over an aluminum frame. For gamers, the screen delivers a 180Hz touch sampling rate alongside dual Monster Touch capacitive shoulder buttons on the frame.
The imaging department is backed by a versatile 48 MP AI Quad Camera module featuring a primary Sony IMX582 sensor (f/1.8 aperture, PDAF), a 13 MP telephoto lens providing 2x optical zoom and 20x digital zoom, a 13 MP 120-degree ultrawide shooter, and a 2 MP depth sensor for bokeh portraits. Up front, a 16 MP selfie camera is housed inside a tiny punch-hole cutout. The rear camera supports 4K UHD video recording at up to 60fps stabilized with Gyro-EIS.
The phone is powered by a 4400 mAh Li-Poly battery paired with Vivo's 55W Super FlashCharge technology, achieving a 50% charge in just 15 minutes. It retains a classic 3.5mm headphone jack with an independent AK4377A Hi-Fi audio DAC, an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, Dual SIM 5G capability, and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.
