The Honor 400 Lite delivers a refined blend of lightweight portability, sleek modern design, and capable 5G computing at an accessible mid-tier price point. Measuring an impressively slim 7.3mm in thickness and weighing just 171 grams, the device is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra 5G octa-core processor, comprising two ARM Cortex-A78 performance cores operating at 2.5 GHz and six energy-saving Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, coupled with the IMG BXM-8-256 graphics processor. Supported by a generous 12GB of RAM (with Honor RAM Turbo technology enabling up to 12GB of additional virtual memory expansion) and 256GB of internal storage, it delivers dependable multitasking, smooth social browsing, and stable mobile performance running on MagicOS 9 based on Android 15 with full Google Mobile Services support.
Visuals are showcased on a sharp and luminous 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display (1080 x 2412 pixels) with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 394 ppi pixel density, and an expansive 89.9% screen-to-body ratio with narrow bezels. The panel offers a fluid 120Hz refresh rate, 1.07 billion colors, 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut coverage, and reaches an eye-searing peak brightness of up to 3500 nits (1200 nits HBM) for clear readability in outdoor sunlight. Engineered for superior visual health, the display incorporates industry-leading 3840Hz ultra-high frequency risk-free PWM dimming certified flicker-free by TÜV Rheinland, alongside Dynamic Dimming, Circadian Night Display, and Natural Light Eye Protection algorithms. It also features integrated wet-hand touch technology for unhindered touch responsiveness in damp conditions.
In the camera department, the rear panel houses a distinct triangular lens arrangement within a squircle camera island, headlined by a 108 MP primary wide camera (f/1.8 aperture, 1/1.67" sensor size, 9-in-1 pixel binning, PDAF). The sensor captures detailed daylight photographs up to 12032 x 9024 pixels and provides 3x in-sensor lossless zoom for crisp portrait framing. It is accompanied by a 5 MP ultra-wide angle camera (f/2.2) for landscapes and group shots. A unique functional touch is the addition of a physical AI camera button on the frame, allowing users to instantly launch the camera and capture spontaneous scenes without unlocking the device. On the front, a centrally aligned 16 MP selfie camera (f/2.5) integrated into the display punch-hole handles self-portraits, video calls, and face unlock.
Engineered for everyday durability, the Honor 400 Lite is reinforced with certified SGS Five-Star Whole-Device Drop Resistance to survive accidental drops onto hard surfaces, alongside an IP65 rating for dust tightness and resistance against low-pressure water splashes. Inside, it houses a substantial 5230 mAh lithium-polymer battery engineered for long-lasting usage, supported by 35W wired Honor SuperCharge fast charging and 5W reverse wired power sharing via OTG. Additional features include an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, full-function NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, high-volume loudspeaker mode, and Dual 5G SIM standby connectivity.
